FABRIC
All SEAPRO inflatable boats use 1,100 denier polyester fabric, which has been specially coated on both sides with P.V.C.
The fabric is completely airtight and highly resistant to tear and abrasions as well as water, fuel and harmful sunlight.

ADHESIVE STRUCTURE & GLUE
SEAPRO seams are overlapped a full inch and reinforced with seam tape both outside and inside for extra added protection.The inner tubes stay airtight while protecting the tube from sudden impacts.To maximize our bonding and adhesiveness, we use a polyurethane based glue.Polyurethane glues offer high durability and protection to heat and salt water.
By incorporating a polyurethane base glue, our customers can rely on our boats durability.
BAFFLES
The inter baffles on our boats not only keep individual air chambers completely sealed for safety but they also have a flexible design which works to equalize air pressure between cone parts.
PLYWOOD
Inflatable boats use marine plywood which is specially designed for marine applications. Marine plywood offers strong seals between plywood board sections and also offers high durability against sea water.
In addition marine plywood is coated with P.U. painting which delivers additional protection against sunlight. salt water, fuel and oil.
The safety of our boats is reflected in our fabrics, wood transom, fitting system, buoyant tube, keel size and position. The buoyancy tubes of our boats are made up of several independent airtight compartments.
In the case that one compartment unexpectedly deflates, the remaining compartments will counter the deflated compartment, making our boats extremely difficult to sink.
SEAPRO inflatable boats are lightweight so that they are easy to carry and store. You can unpack and inflate our boats anytime and anywhere in just a few minutes. Once deflated and folded, our boats take up as much space as a suitcase. You can store your boat in a locker, under the stairs in your basement or in a corner of your garage.
The P.V.C. fabric, adhesive structure, heavy duty transom and the marine-grade plywood of our transom was assembled with one goal in mind, durability.
All models use extra-thick 1000 denier in our fabric so that our boats are reinforced inside and outside for additional strength.
